A thermistor body composed of a ceramic sintered body and having two opposite main faces, two opposite side faces, and two opposite end faces;
A plurality of internal electrodes are formed in the thermistor body; two external electrodes are formed on the outer surface of the thermistor body and electrically connected with the plurality of internal electrodes.
The external electrode has: a first electrode layer covering one end surface of the NTC thermistor body; respectively formed on one main surface of the NTC thermistor body, one end is in contact with the first electrode layer, and the other end A second electrode layer consisting of at least one layer extending in the direction of the other end surface; and a third electrode layer covering at least one of the first electrode and the two electrode layers.
