Shenzhen No. 6 Kindergarten Unveils Original "Health Elf" IP Animation Starring Children's Ceramic Art

2026-06-15

Shenzhen,China——Shenzhen No.6 Kindergarten recently hosted an on-campus premiere to officially launch its original "Health Guardian Elf" IP animation series. In a pioneering move for early childhood education, the ten animated characters are based entirely on clay sculptures created by the children in their ceramics workshop. The pieces were transformed into dynamic digital animations using artificial intelligence, marking an innovative integration of international health standards, children’s aesthetic education, and digital technology.

Children’s Ceramic Artwork Takes Center Stage

In March of this year, Shenzhen No. 6 Kindergarten partnered with the WELL Living Lab to unveil the nation’s first WellLiving Health Education Practice Base. The initiative aims to build a collaborative health education ecosystem bridging schools and families through long-term scientific research and tracking.

The newly released "Health Elf" characters are entirely the original creations of the children. In the ceramics workshop, the young students visualized abstract health concepts—such as air and nutrition—into tangible clay elves. At the premiere, a young student named Xixi watched her handcrafted "Air Elf" come to life on the screen, pointing excitedly: "I made that! Now it can fly!"

According to a spokesperson for the kindergarten, bringing children’s original creations to the screen aligns with the educational philosophy that "children are the protagonists of their own growth." The spokesperson added, "When children see how their own creativity can be manifested, education truly fosters a deep sense of identity from within."

AI Technology Empowers Health Education

The animation series seamlessly weaves health tips into its storylines, with each elf assigned a unique "guardian spell." After the screening, a student named Xuanxuan asked a teacher, "The 'Water Elf' said we should drink eight glasses of water every day. I want to try that right now." Another student, Xiaoyu, explained to a classmate, "The Dust Monster is most afraid of the ‘Air Elf’s’ purification spell, so we have to sweep the floor gently from now on."

According to the teachers, the children have already spontaneously rehearsed "Health Guardian" skits and turned the "seven-step handwashing method" into a catchy nursery rhyme. This approach effectively transforms routine health guidelines into interactive games that children actively want to participate in.

Constructing a "Four-in-One" Health Education Model

Shenzhen No. 6 Kindergarten stated that the project delivers educational value across four distinct dimensions: Translating the WELL Building Standard into age-appropriate, child-friendly content. Leveraging children's ceramic prototypes to mutually enrich artistic creation and education. Utilizing AI technology to establish a new paradigm for digital early childhood education. Harmonizing international standards with local practices.

The launch of this IP is regarded as a significant milestone in the kindergarten's commitment to "high-quality digital education" (digital-quality education). It also represents a major step forward in exploring health education models for early childhood development in China. By blending art, technology, and health across disciplines, the initiative provides children with an engaging foundation for lifelong health literacy.
